This garden slopes up from the back of the townhouse giving us the opportunity to create a terraced garden with the design of a low cast in place retaining wall and steps which lead up to with a large faux lawn play space for the young family to enjoy picnics and running through a sprinkler, it is surrounded by flower shrubs such as smoke bush and hydrangeas. The lower terrace closer to the house is a reclaimed bluestone patio shaded by a mature and sculptural Witch Hazel tree underplanted with a lovely selection of shade loving ferns and other woodland plants.
